During the consultation, we will discuss what you want to keep and change about your current hair, the process of your requested service, and the necessary future maintenance (future appointments, product recommendations, and a uniquely crafted home care routine).
Pre-booking is required to secure your preferred time slot. To secure your appointment, a credit card deposit is required. If the requested appointment is not available, you may email GHS to be added to the cancellation list and contacted if a time slot becomes available.
If you are late for your appointment, Gem Hair Studio will try to accommodate as best as possible. If other appointments are scheduled immediately following yours, your service may be shortened and/or rescheduled if there is insufficient time to complete your desired hair care service request.
If the appointment is rescheduled, the client’s credit card on file will be charged 50% of the total amount. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so that another guest can be accommodated.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% no-show/cancellation fee.
Gem Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse services to anyone who is behaving inappropriately or whose hair is in a compromised state and cannot withstand any additional chemicals.
